"I loved it here in Delicados Courtenay. A great spot tucked by the bridge giving you plenty to watch while having lunch. A lovely patio full of sunshine. The décor was bright and jolly. Service fantastic and the food was fresh, tasty and filling. They served a fabulous ginger beer (non alcoholic) as well as soft drinks and beer. The burritos were so good and I loved the salads. I will go there next time I am in town. Well worth the visit."

"Don't try to keep your fingers clean at Delicado's; you can always lick off the chipotle sauce and black bean and corn salsa after you finish one of the handheld roll-ups. (These people were into wraps before they became the latest cooking rage.) The cafe/deli in an old machine shop near Heritage Mews attacts a mixed Birkenstock, yuppie, and student crowd, who savor good, solid, spicy soups or burritos and enchiladas and who can finish up with a wildberry chocolate square before they head off with a parcel of take-out."
